Standard Color
Standard Color neon signs are made of fixed single-color LED segments. You can choose from preset colors or freely customize multiple single-color combinations for different areas of the sign. Brightness is adjustable, but each segment stays as a single color. Customers can provide desired color instructions in the order notes or via email after purchase for personalized designs.
Multi Color
Multi Color neon signs use single-color LED segments with dynamic modes. The entire sign can switch between colors or flash automatically (breathing, blinking, or jump effects). At any given moment, the whole sign shows the same color, perfect for dynamic displays or party lighting.
Full Color
Full Color neon signs are an advanced version of Multi Color. You can select any single-color combination or use preset dynamic animation modes (gradient flow, marquee, or breathing effects). The whole sign can be a single color at a time or follow a predefined animated sequence, providing richer dynamic effects while keeping single-color control.

Choosing a size for your logo and name
For a 20-inch sign, measured along its longest side, we recommend approximately 3–10 characters for the main business name or wording, including spaces. This is a starting point, not a strict limit. The space available for text depends on the logo, letter shapes and layout; fine details and longer names may need more room. You can place your order as usual with your preferred wording.
A preview before production
We will review your uploaded artwork and send a design preview by email within 24 hours of placing your order. Where necessary, we may suggest adjusting the layout, spacing or line breaks, simplifying small details, or increasing the sign size. Any proposed design, size or price changes will be explained for your approval. Production begins only after you confirm the final design and any changes.
