How it works:

Standard Color
Standard Color neon signs are made of fixed single-color LED segments. You can choose from preset colors or freely customize multiple single-color combinations for different areas of the sign. Brightness is adjustable, but each segment stays as a single color. Customers can provide desired color instructions in the order notes or via email after purchase for personalized designs.
Multi Color
Multi Color neon signs use single-color LED segments with dynamic modes. The entire sign can switch between colors or flash automatically (breathing, blinking, or jump effects). At any given moment, the whole sign shows the same color, perfect for dynamic displays or party lighting.
Full Color
Full Color neon signs are an advanced version of Multi Color. You can select any single-color combination or use preset dynamic animation modes (gradient flow, marquee, or breathing effects). The whole sign can be a single color at a time or follow a predefined animated sequence, providing richer dynamic effects while keeping single-color control.

Both the artwork upload and business-name fields are required. A clear image or vector artwork helps us review the details that can be reproduced. The images are generated design visualizations showing one possible arrangement. The final graphic, lettering, backboard layout, spacing and mounting details will be shown or discussed during the design review; they are not fixed by the example images.
Choosing room for your wording
For a 20-inch sign, measured along its longest side, we recommend approximately 3–10 characters for the main wording. This is a guide, not a strict character limit. In a vertical design, the upper graphic and the proportions of the lower text area affect the width available for letters, so recommendations may differ between designs. Longer wording can still be submitted when placing your order.
Review your design before production
We will review your artwork and wording and email a design preview within 24 hours of placing your order. If needed, we may suggest changes to spacing, line breaks or layout, or a larger sign size to keep the design readable. Any proposed design, size or price changes require your approval. We begin production only after you confirm the final design and any changes.
