Not sure who makes these signs, I think maybe in China? But!! Let me tell you, in my experience, the product you receive is a great deal for the price they charge. I love this neon sign. The quality is great and it was easy to hang. There is also multiple brightness settings you can choose from to make it brighter or more dim. It really adds a unique look to my bedroom!
