SHIPPING
How Will My Order Ship? Unless otherwise noted our products will ship via UPS Ground. UPS Ground generally takes 1-6 business days to arrive. Because of the weight of these items other methods are currently not available. Most orders ship within 1 business day. When your order ships we notify you via email. We encourage you to track your package online to make sure everything is on schedule.
Most of our items are instock and ready to ship. There are instances where we need to custom make your order. It will generally take 3-5 business days to make the sign and get it shipped. We will notify you of any delays in shipping due to custom sign making.
UPS does not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person.
If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on the note.
RETURNS
You can return an item for a refund if the item has been unopened and unused within 14 days of receipt. There is a 20% restocking fee on non-defective product. Initial cost of shipping is not refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and method. All returns require you to email or call us to obtain a RA (Return Authorization) number and further return instructions.
Defective product will be replaced under the manufactures warranty. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report defective or damaged products.
PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION AND PACKAGING. SAVE ALL SHIPPPING BOXES & PACKAGING.
Please include your RA # on the return shipping label only and do not write it on the product packaging. Returns will not be accepted without a RA number.
Custom ordered product can not be returned unless damaged or defective and only then can it be returned directly to the manufacture.

Any and all breakage of any neon sign must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery. Open you package and plug your sign in to make sure everything is functional.
Breakage not reported in 24-48 hours may result in all replacement units be shipped at the customers expense.
Warranty period for Beer Neon Signs is 90 days. Should your sign need repair we will provide all necessary parts and you will be responsible for repair. We will assist in facilitating this for you if we can.
There are no returns accepted for Neon Signs unless broken upon delivery.
Please keep all packaging materials for the duration of the warrant period. If you need to send your sign out for repair, the packaging will assure safe delivery back to the factory.
If a sign fails for any reason after (30) days of receipt, the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the sign to us for evaluation.

1 year limited manufacture warranty.
All Residential UL® Neon Signs manufactured by Everbrite Neon and its subsidiaries are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of receipt by you. We warrant that glass tubing will perform as intended, but do not warrant against glass breakage except as follows: if your Everbrite Neon product arrives with broken glass or other damage, or is not in good working order, you must contact 1-800-264-3461 within seven days after receipt of your Everbrite Neon product, and we will replace it at no charge to you. The replacement will be warranted for one year.
If your Everbrite Neon product is defective in material or workmanship and is returned to Everbrite Neon within one year of the date it was received by you, we will replace it at no charge to you. The replacement will be warranted for one year.
To obtain warranty service for your Everbrite neon product after seven days from receipt, you must call NeonSignSale Customer Service Department at 1-800-264-3461 to report the problem. If you return your Everbrite Neon product, you must do so in accordance with the instructions given to you and at your cost. We will ship the replacement product to your home in the
United States
at no cost to you.
This warranty does not cover (i) breakage of glass tubing resulting from events outside of NeonSignSale.com control, except as provided above or (ii) defects resulting from events out of NeonSignSale.com control. Events outside of NeonSignSale.com control include alterations, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, misuse, fire, flood, or acts of God.
This warranty does not cover any damaged that comes from fire, water, lightning, dropping the product or any other acts of nature. Please note that the warranty is to the original purchaser and is not transferable unless special arrangements are made at the time of purchase and noted at the time of purchase. Please keep your proof of purchase, the manual and the box and high density foam for each machine. These signs need to packaged properly in order to be shipped. If in the very unlikely event that your sign ever needs to come back to us, if it is not packaged correctly, the sign will be damaged and then we will not be held responsible for replacing the machine. This is why you must keep our original packing.
Damaged Product
If items are damaged, OR SUSPECTED TO BE DAMAGED, it must be documented with the delivery company at the time of the delivery. The delivery driver must wait while you inspect. If the driver does not agree to wait, note this on the bill of delivery, WHEN YOU SIGN accepting delivery. NOTE ON THE DELIVERY SLIP before you sign your name, if the box shows any signs of damage on the outside. A few of our manufacturers only make home deliveries that are �curbside� - meaning the driver will not carry that package inside your home. In such a case, if you suspect damage, note your concerns on the delivery slip, insist the package be opened for inspection outside, and if the driver refuses, write it down on his delivery slip and get a copy - or refuse delivery. In all such damage or potential damage cases, in order to support any potential claim for damages, you must notify the NeonSignSale.com within 3 business days by phone or email.
